Kenny Veach was a solo hiker who went missing on November 10th, 2014 while trying to relocate an “M shaped” cave he had previously found. He told his family he’d be going on a two day hike but never returned.
When Veach first found the cave, he had wanted to go in and explore it because of it’s abnormal shape. As he began to enter, he claimed that his whole body began to vibrate and the further he went in, the worse the vibrating got. With no means to protect himself, he left the cave and decided to come back another time.
Armed with a 9mm and a video camera, Veach planned an overnight hike to try and locate the cave a second time but couldn’t find it. On his third attempt to relocate the cave, he disappeared.
A search crew was sent to look for Veach but only located his cellphone, which was found extremely close to the entrance of an abandoned mine shaft. The search crew also sent down a camera into the mine shaft but weren’t able find anything.
Here’s his second attempt at locating the cave, the last footage of Veach before he disappeared.
